Unable to access: If you find you are unable to access the members gallery or you receiving an internal error page, these are the most common reasons why:

1) your account has expired.
2) your username has been hacked.
3) an accelerated downloader has been detected as a hacked account.

Please note: My software protection program or I will never intentionally block your account unless the above applies.

My site and others are always under massive hack attempts. I have software protection in place to prevent hackers from accessing the members gallery. One of The following situations may have occured if your account has been blocked.

a) Hackers: Most hackers typically use a program which has let's say 1000 usernames that can run through all the names within 5 minutes. Out of those 1000 names one may be yours. my protection software will detect my site is under attack, then deny access to every one of the 1000 names attempted, including yours.

b) Accelerated Downloaders: My software protection can not tell the difference between a hacked account or an account that is using accelerated downloaders. When my protection software detects any abnormal activity such as a high volume of downloads in a short period of time it will automatically detect a hack and block any account.

c) Supposing the same username "sunshine" successfully hacked into the members gallery. My software will detect that "sunshine" came from various computers (different i.p addresses) or an unuasl amount of downloads then deny member access.

d) If a username, let's say "sunshine" tries to access the members gallery 10 times within 2 minutes unsuccessfully. The username "sunshine" has now been banned by my protections software. It has detected hack attempts

2) Email me: If I do not respond to your e-mail immediately I will reply asap.
I am usually no more than a couple hours away from replying to your e-mail unless it's between 11:00pm- 8:00am EST (-5:00 GMT)

3) My billing company is available 24/7 and can help you. (when you contact them be sure to use the name on the credit card or checking and the e-mail address you used when you joined)

I know it's frustrating not being unable to access the members gallery when you want. The last thing I want is for you not to have access. I'll try to resolve any complications you may have asap.

Where do the hackers get the names?
a) if you joined a site previously: With the same username as this site your odds have increased of being hacked.

b) Your personal Name: every hacker knows if your name is joe you might put joe and a number joe89

c) e-mail address, how many of you use the same e-mail address as your username. how many e-mail lists are you on.

Hackers know we're creatures of habit, that we most commonly use our favorite username and password. The odds of your name being hacked or attempted hacked are very high.

When a hacker successfully enters the members gallery:
If one hacker entered the members gallery, that wouldn't be to bad. I could live with that and so could you.

But most likely when a hacker enters the members gallery the username and password is then posted on a FREE Password site that may get 100,000 surfers each day. If 10,000 of the surfers access my members gallery and all start downloading or viewing the photos all at the same time we'd have bottle necking just as if you were in the middle of rush hour traffic, the sever becomes slow, movies may not download fully, and pages won't load. Frustrating for you and me...

So with your understanding of the situation, this will help your acessing the members gallery asap. If you feel your username may be hacked at some point and would like to change it, send me an e-mail with your orginal username and a new name.
